Welcome to my first blog for Pink Lemon Fitness....a branch of the 'PL-Wellness' brand and 'A Healthy Mumma' tree.
I have always had a passion for sport, exercise and the outdoors, and after graduating fifteen years ago with an Exercise & Sports Science degree, I went on to become a fitness instructor, personal trainer, a PE teacher, and a Health & Fitness Consultant for the governments Public Health Team.
During that time, I've had two beautiful healthy children. Both they, and my passion for health and fitness, remains at my core.
Pink Lemon Fitness is for women who want to improve their health, fitness and mental well-being. I will be sharing my knowledge with you, and helping you on your exciting journey of life to become the best version of yourself.
The hardest thing on your road to fitness will be putting your trainers on....Why?.....Well, lets face it, we all know that we need to eat natural healthy foods, drink water, get enough sleep, and move our bodies as often as we can. It's not rocket science. The real reason for the diet industry being so huge isn't that we don't have enough information or knowledge (a quick google search would solve that), it's our MINDSET! Without the correct mindset, we find it difficult to put those trainers on...and be CONSISTENT! MINDSET and CONSISTENCY are your secret weapons to living a happier, healthier life!
